    Rams seek permission to interview Ferraro

    We speculated a few weeks ago that if Steve Spagnuolo got a head coaching job he likely would make a run at hiring his good friend and former college teammate Paul Ferraro as an assistant. It appears that is in the process of happening.

    Spagnuolo was named coach of the St. Louis Rams last weekend and, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the team has asked the Vikings permission to speak to Ferraro. Ferraro has been the Vikings special teams coordinator since Brad Childress took over as coach in 2006...

    LoL, I had to laugh at one guy he even wanted to pitch in a sixth rounder...

    None the less I think this goes to show that Freraro has to be a decent coach, I understand Steve is his friend and all but he's got to think highly enough to offer him a job. Also the fact that we have not dismissed him shows that he has to be doing something right. Not to mention he was with Carolina before us, they don't do clowns.

    In the end I'm not heart broken, It wouldn't bother me if he wanted Darell Bevel too.

    Oh and why is this in General Discussion, this directly affects the Vikings?
