Rams "officially" switch to Jackson

Martz said that Faulk will become the change of pace back for St. Louis next year. He will no longer be sharing the number 1 spot with Jackson. As if there was any doubt about Jackson taking over the starting role....I just figured it would happen sooner.

I have to say Faulk did pretty well this year for a guy who has had multiple knee surgeries. You really have to hand it to him.

Faulk's gettin' up there and doesn't make those cuts like he used to. I don't know if Jackson will be as good as Marshall (marshall marshall marshall) was but he looks like a decent running back, more of a power back than Faulk in that respect.

i loved jackson last year.. could have done better then kevin jones last year if he started all season and got more reps.. i would love to have him

Good move there. Look at Jackson's yards/carry. They are going to use Faulk as more of a WR Running Back. He still does a lot of damage on the short passes and poses a big headache to LB's.
