Raiders re-sign linebacker Grant

ALAMEDA, Calif. - The Oakland Raiders re-signed linebacker DeLawrence Grant on Thursday, a month after waiving him in a salary-cap move.

Grant started the first nine games last season then was inactive the final seven games, apparently struggling to get the hang of coach Norv Turner's defense. He finished the season with 20 tackles and two sacks.

He has played 40 games for the Raiders in his career since being a third-round draft pick out of Oregon State in 2001, recording 64 tackles and six sacks.

Excellent...as long as the Raiders keep signing those medicore, no-talent thugs to their medicore, no-talent defense, they'll be a lock to be the worst team in the league.

Lol. I guess they are trying to recover from the loss of Nap.

They can try, but re-signing inactive players just won't cut it.

I would like to thank Mr. Davis for making sure that his team's defense continues it's slide towards dead last in the league. :tool:
