Tom Brady goes down, Matt Cassel steps in. No problem.
Matt Schaub goes down, Sage Rosenfels steps in. Umm, Houston, we have a problem.

Vikings
Brett Favre, Sage Rosenfels, Tarvaris Jackson (John David Booty)
Comment: Favre changes everything for the Vikings. Before he injured his arm last year he was a top-rated quarterback. The Vikings will keep him on limited throws all season. Jackson has already led the team to the playoffs and Rosenfels has won coming off the bench.

ESPN Insider also ranked the Back-ups. T-Jack was ranked 4th.
:o
It is a shame we likely won't hold on to him.

Interesting to see the Browns ranked so low considering how many here jones over Quinn or Anderson.

Didn't you hear Jaws gushing over him during the pre-season?
Basically people are saying he needs some time to develop.

Jackson led the team to the playoffs?
I seem to recall him getting yanked after a couple games and Gus getting them into position and then TJack imploding.
It's a good marketing ploy for a trade.

You don't remember the last 4 weeks of the regular season? I do. Tjack played well which was a big part of why we got to the playoffs. Gus couldn't get it done, we needed Tjack to get there(yes he was injured, but I think he was on the fast track to being benched).

Yes, I remember.
I also remember watching every game he has played and do not think he is ready.
I put this discussion on the same level as Tice when his contract wasn't renewed.
A bunch of people on this site thought he was a hero and that year there were six HC openings and he didn't get one of them.
Why?
He sucked as HC.
If TJack got cut right now he would not start on a single NFL team this year.
It's really that simple.

That's irrelevant to my post and your previous post.
