Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the Arizona Cardinals could be considering former Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Jim Fassel as their next head coach. The Cardinals asked permission from the Ravens last month to hire Fassel as a consultant. The Ravens denied permission and Fassel did not want to undermine the head coach anyway.

The team has sent feelers his way in recent weeks and according to sources close to Carroll, he is intrigued by the offer. However, Carroll would want total control of the team and is not sure if he will get along with the Bidwell family.
