what a joke..portis is a complete fool, because hes probably in on dog fighting as much as anybody else..its cruelty for animals for starters, and theyre also betting on it, which is also illegal..hopefully vick is convicted, and imprisoned for this..the atlanta falcons should be ashamed to have such a fool on their team

il take a team full of stripper loving partygoers on the lake over a piece of crap qb that kills dogs
I doubt he does a day in prison.

You ever watch that animal cop bullshit on Animal Planet, it sounds like you might. They are like this guy has 40 animals he abuses them fights em kills em....we are gonna bust his ass.......

Yes, and a crime was committed, fines were paid and it's over.

I'm digging your animal rights stance, tho.
Have you stomped on any kittens yet today?

    =Z=
No, the animal shelter has euthinized many though, and dogs. I am not justifying dog fighting but I don't think it is the worst crime ever committed.

I am willing to wager some people who are upset (some not all) who are upset about this and have become animal activists would care far less if this story was about hobo's who were holding dog fights over tater tots.

I would be right in there placing bets.

Screw Ron Mexico though, there is more to his tainted image than dog fights.

As you point out, however, he isn't going to fuck up his life over this.
He'll likely get a small (to him and his $$$$$$$) fine, maybe get suspended a pre-season game or two and then go back to living in Mike Vick-land, where the laws and problems of the little people aren't real.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

With as much press as this is getting, it wouldn't shock e to see him get suspended for a regular season game from the Commish.

I must confess to also being a bit of a Bronco fan (Vikings>Broncos) and I must say that Shannahan had a good sense that Portis was a douchebag when he traded him out of here.
Have I ever told you what an outstanding humanitarian I am?

Dont you guys have some drama over dog laws in Denver. No pit bulls or something, something about the man holding the brotha down.
