    We used to do a similar workout in High School...we called them Speedsets.
    Funny how everything gets recycled...clothes styles, music, furniture, etc...and everyone oohs and aahs over it.

    i want in on this workout. no shoes ftmfw.
    and as a soccer player, feet are the most important aspect. they are the things that are touching the ground. when your feet hurt, everything else starts to hurt

    I temporarily stopped watching when he called olympic lifts slow...

    Olympic lifts build explosive power. They are not slow lifts.

    Bench press, squat, and deadlifts, are not olympic lifts, so Polamalu needs to get his facts straight.


    Some of that stuff was really cool and interesting though. I can see how that would improve your agility to a degree, as well as aid in injury prevention, but doing that kind of stuff won't make you run faster or hit harder.
