    Just think.
If he did happen to play for the Vikings or Chicago they will have pictures of Patrick Henry in a GB #4 jersey.

Jesery #'s don't get retired until the player retires.

Re: Plans to retire Fav-re's Jersey on hold

Favre's 15+ year career has ended with him wanting to leave the Packers to become a Viking... I'll have a smile on my face for years to come because of that fact.

Packers fans can say whatever they want... but in the end, Favre wanted Minnesota.

Ah... classic. Sometimes life is good.

It would be more classic if we rejected him, but alas, I doubt we'll get the chance

Doesn't really matter what happens from here on out... he wanted an outright release so he could play in Minneosta.

    That's enough for me.

But yes, rejecting him would be the icing on the cake.

oh I don't know... sure the Favre comments will be flying around all game long.
But there is no way that they could make it in the media production that it could be if he was retiring.
Yup - no need to bring in the whole NFL Countdown crew to fellate him during pregame and halftime any longe=

    =Z=

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

The sad part is, they are still going to be saying"If Brett was here right now... How will the team cope without him.... It just isn't the same with him gone..." routing that will still make you sick to listen to and the only good part is that I can turn off the volume and turn on PA on the radio.

I agree as long as we don't get any picks taken away. This has to be an ultimate insult to
Packer fans. Man I love it.
