    Wow.
Talk about a dysfunctional franchise in Atlanta.
This is pretty classless on Petrino's part though.

What a classless tool. He never even told his players before he announced it.

Can u say Nick Saban. This guy had no control over that team. He got no respect from day one. But, this was a classless act, the way he left.

He should have stayed at Louisville.

Then again, it isn't going to matter whether he goes to Louisville or Arkansas. Sooner or later they will both lose to the U before they win a championship.

He thought it was going to be a cush job until Vick traded his uniform for a federally issued one.

They're probably just glad he's gone, they were bitching and moaning about him so much. Probably the reason he left.

I don't blame him for doing it because I think it's a better choice for him, but I do think it was low.

Petrino seems like a jackass though. In '06 he signed a 10 year deal with Louisville, left for the Falcons, and then resigned 3 games from the end of the season (wanna talk about walking out on a team? Sheesh!) and decided to take a job at Arkansas in the SAME DAY?! C'mon....show a little tact Petrino.

I can see why he did it though.
Why wait around so a crappy franchise can blame and fire you for everything that went wrong.
Kinda of tactless, but I can see where he's coming from.
