    WOW, I was wrong!

Green Bay, which is shifting to the 3-4 scheme this offseason, is not among them. According to Darin Gantt of the Rock Hill Herald, Peppers prefers two other NFC South teams, along with Dallas and an AFC team.

On the ticker on nfln, it just says that he has been tagged worth $16.6million.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Peppers.
I love Peppers to death, so it would suck ass to see him in a cowboys uniform.
On top of that, how does he prefer other NFC South teams?
    Intra-Division trades are a rarity.
Would one of teams give up a sick contract and 2, 1st round picks?
I doubt it, but this has the potential to be a crazy FA season this year.

If he's smart, he'd play this year and next year with the franchise tag and make BANK!!.. 17mill this year and 20 mill next year... who wouldn't like those odds...??
    that's a sick contract..

besides, i don't know if anybody will be able to pay him that kind of cash in addition to giving up picks for him...
plus, alot of scouts think he has the sacks, but disappears often on film... no thanks!!!

I agree with you on the Franchise tender.
I would sign that MFer yesterday if I was Peppers.

But to think Peppers is anything less than an absolute athletically gifted freak of nature is silly.
The guy can play for sure.
I think Peppers has unduly gotten tagged as a guy who has lost something.
Those who think so, fail to recognize the schizophrenic nature of the Panthers over the last couple of years and how they have shown total ineptness as a team.
