ESPN.com reports New York Jets QB Chad Pennington can make $6 million in salary he agreed to restructure as incentives by starting and playing Week 10, citing a source who had seen the contract. Pennington initially was scheduled to earn $9 million in 2006, but the team wanted assurances that he could return to form after undergoing a second rotator cuff surgery. NFL.com reported Pennington agreed to turn the money into incentives.
