    Pats release Chad Morton

"The Patriots released KR-RB Chad Morton yesterday. Don't rule out a Morton return to the Jets if Jerricho Cotchery doesn't impress in his audition against Eagles."

Would he still be worth pursuing? Apparently the Pats weren't too impressed with him...

He is coming back from an injury...or may still be injured. We are probably better off with ReShard Lee...cap-wise as well.

I think Bennett could be special on kick-off returns, as for punt returns, Nate Burleson did a good job last year, but I don't think we should risk him, Howry's decent. I'd say he should do punts.

Yah Bennett should be used on KR's.. I guess Tice says he needs about 5 yards to break the big one.. Well he gets all that room to take it to the house on a KR. Start MM, Bennett for KR's

He would have been a nice alternative earlier in the preseason but it is too late to give him a shot now and as mentioned earlier by Cajun he will probably command too much cash.
