Patriots | Team receives No. 24 overall selection in NFL Draft from Seattle
    Mon, 15 Jan 2007 18:13:12 -0800

Mike Sando, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports the New England Patriots have received the No. 24 overall selection in the 2007 NFL Draft from the Seattle Seahawks. The draft pick completes the trade from earlier this season where the Seahawks received WR Deion Branch.

The luck keeps on rolling for the Pats.

No matter what they do, the luck goes there way.

branch wasnt a bust. he had a solid year for seattle, i would definately worthy of the 24th pick. dieon branch is a polished reciever..better than any in the draft you would get at 24.
Q: At your age, can you handle a full season?
A: I m 37, number one. I took my family to Perkins a couple of days ago, and they didn t hand me a senior citizens discount card, so I feel pretty good.

I would have to disagree with that. He may be a solid receiver but I would rather take my chances with a #24 overall pick.
