Cowboys | Parcells plans to use three back system this season
Thu, 10 Aug 2006 06:42:08 -0700
Nick Eatman, of DallasCowboys.com, reports Dallas Cowboys head coach Bill Parcells is planning on giving RBs Julius Jones, Marion Barber III and Tyson Thompson significant playing time during the season. Jones will still be the starter, but Parcells has said that Barber will have a large role in the offense if he stays healthy and that he wants to work Thompson more in the running game than he did last season.

Parcells was the first coach in Football history to be the recipient of the Gatorade Bath.
Now that is serious buisiness.

Totally agree I hate running back by committee, non of the backs every gets in the rhythm of the game and the O-line doesn't get a feel for how the back is running that day. What we've got here is failure to communicate.

I do wonder how Parcells is taking T-Ho being out for a week and 1/2 already and saying he isn't going to play this weekend and doesn't know when he will start to practice again because he felt a twinge in his hamstring on the 1st day of training camp! Even tho the MRI was negative and his seems to move around OK he isn't practicing.
I myself think this must be driving Parcells nuts! What we've got here is failure to communicate.

Going on 2 weeks of not practicing because he felt a twinge in his hamstring.
T-Ho is trying to show Parcells that he is in control, and that he does what he wants.
How long will Parcells take it?
And will Parcells keep his word that only people that practice play in the game? What we've got here is failure to communicate.

Parcells needs to kick T-HO off his bike and send him home.
