Re: Packers this year? Try 8-8

The Packers beat Vikings twice last year, why can't they do it again? I think their team is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayy more balance then the Vikings. Their D is underrated and if they get Marshawn Lynch, their offense could be pretty effective (more then ours anyways).

8-8 is kind of iffy and yeah, the guy who wrote the article came off as pretty lame. If I were to put my money though, I'd say the Packers will have a better record then us (at the moment).
Because I'm a Vikings fan, they are that much sexier.

Uh, Rubley was one of the Packers mistakes, not the Vikings.
Pretty much stopped reading this drivel here...
He doesn't have a clue to what he is even talking about.

Terrell Buckley hasn't played for GB since 1994. Remember his famous words "McMahon can't throw that far," which cost GB the game because he didn't cover his receiver. Not to mention Buckley retired 2 years ago.

TJ Rubley hasn't played FB since 1995 when he was GB 3rd string QB.

Favre weeps after playing the final game of his career, but later tells reporters he hasn't made up his mind on retirement.
That's one of the few parts of the article that makes sense & could happen.

Who is this moron and why does he have beef with TJ?
He's refering to TJ Rubley a 3rd string QB who played for GB in 1995 & never got another FB gig, not T-Jack.

It's Oates, not Coates, but it is the Milwaukee State Journal where Bono works.

If Bono was a he, not a she, I'd wonder if Bono wrote the story. Perhaps she had input though.

IMO the packers are going to get worse next year.

They're going to have to have a great draft just like us in order to be good next year.
    Even if this happens.

    I agree.
Favre watched Moss torch many a team in the NFL (including his own) and knows how Moss likes to get the ball.
If this deal happens . . . the Packer Offense will be much improved . . . regardless of Moss' statistics recently.
He'll be fired up to play on a legendary team with a future Hall-of-Fame QB.
All the man wants to do is win.

Moss on GB scares me . . . at our expense.
Our only hope is either injuries or frustration levels taking over!

As for GB beating us twice . . . with or without Moss . . . anything is possible & I don't have confidence in our Coaching right now.

    You are disagreeing with me. My comment was meant to be an extension of Zeus'. Ergo;

That is why there is no question mark after it.
