    Mike Spofford, of Packers.com, reports the Green Bay Packers are currently on an eight-game losing streak in Philadelphia that dates back to 1962, when former Hall of Fame head coach Vince Lombardi led the club. The Packers travel to face the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4.
