INDIANAPOLIS — The Vikings’ biggest rival, the Green Bay Packers, have announced their intention to make a sigificant change in 2009 by shifting to a 3-4 defense under new coordinator Dom Capers. That will make Green Bay the only team in the division to use the 3-4 as its base defense.

I tend to agree with this guy about the growing pains...not as easy as one might think.

I wonder if being in the same division as Adrian Peterson pushed them to make this decision. Granted, a 4-3 is better suited against the run, the 3-4 is faster.
I can't wait to see Peterson tear it to shreds.
