Mountain.. yes at the very minimum.. but he has to be convicted first or at least into some part of a plea.. but regardless, Johnny should get the rip already.. make a bone-headed decision like that you need to sit and re-evaluate your choices and the company you keep.
Even if it hurts the Packers.. I hope the NFL sits him and sends a clear message to him and others.

Question, how come Jolly was never suspended by the league, yet McKinnie was suspended for 4 games before he even had a trial?
Again... Goodell is destroying the NFL.Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.

Even though I agree he should be sitting already.. there is a difference.. this is Jolly's first brush with the conduct policy in the NFL.. McKinnie... has already raised a red flag or two.. love boat comes to mind.Question, how come Jolly was never suspended by the league, yet McKinnie was suspended for 4 games before he even had a trial?

On another note, was McKinnie ever charged with anything that happened on the love boat?Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.

Re: Packers' Jolly indicted on Texas felony drug charges
Nah... the NFL just jobs the Vikes.. it is kind of the vogue thing to do.. the Vikes and Pacman..

Don't worry.. Jolly will get his rip.. I have no doubts about it. If the policy in regards to the Williams boys holds up.. so will they.. even though I disagree with it if they were just using it to "cut" weight or if there actually was some type of confusion to the actual substance status as claimed.
Either way.. it is not a perfect system, no doubt.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bryant_McKinnie#Boat_cruise_scandal
In October 2005, McKinnie was charged with a misdemeanor for his involvement in the 2005 Minnesota Vikings boat cruise scandal. McKinnie allegedly picked up a naked woman, placing her on the bar and performed cunnilingus on her in front of the crew and other guests. Later that evening McKinnie and three other men were spotted sitting in deck chairs receiving fellatio from four women, which was also observed by the crew in a public area of the boat.
