That would be one dirty high. Hard to believe a rich man wouldn't look for something cleaner.
I'm not an expert on getting high. But I know quite a bit about drugs. This would be a poor mans buzz until popularized by the rap stars, IMO.
Must not be rich enough because that amount of drug,was definitely meant for resale.
