Packer Fans run the sports columns
Is it just me or when there is a potential trade rumor or if a player is on the trading block why are the Packers always involved.
There must be a lot of Packer fans in the media.
(Ex- Larry Johnson, Randy Moss)
Most of the trades don't make sense financially.
This is something i have notice over the past 3 or 4 years during each offseason.

No.
But there really is a liberal media.
They are watching you.

Well, the Packers are bad enough that any trade for any player would probably be an upgrade.

I m like a Ja Rule poster, cause I'm off the wall.

It's not a whole lot different than when a player becomes available, there is always a thread started here by someone saying "Let's get him".
The only difference being, GB is a real needy team & any player hitting the streets is bound to wind up on the "rumor mill" to GB.
Especially receivers & RB's. Even QB's.

Couldn't agree more.. They have a aging QB that will retire soon, they lost the best RB they had in quite some time to FA, and it seems like the WR table keeps on turning in GB.. Any player that has a name in the NFL is going to be linked to the cheese one way or the other if they are a FA, or on the trading block.

Re: Packer Fans run the sports columns
The Green Bay rumor mill should quiet down once Farve finally decides to retire.
Then the Packers can really work on building a team rather than plugging in players who can fit with their aging quarterback's fading talent.
