It's got to be the Cowgirls, everyone hates them. Although I agree about the Giants, we play them every year. Tampa is a good choice since they were once in the division.
And just how often do we play the Cowboys?

A rivalry should be someone we play on at least a consistent basis.

How often have we played the Cowboys in the last 12 years?

    The answer is 4.

    Some rivalry.

Check your math again, they have played Dallas more than 4 times.
    2004
    2000
    1999 (playoffs)
    1999
    1998
    1996 (playoffs)
    1995
    1993

Between 1995 and 2000, we saw the girls every year except for 1997 and 1993. That created a bit of a history between the two teams that has cooled off a bit since we only played each other once in the last five years.

Still, between the "trade", and our schedule in the mid ninties, I do think that the girls were our second most hated team for a while.

Now I would have to vote the Seachickens as my most hated team outside the division, simply because they are the NFC Champs and we have our offseason history.
Check my math? The last 12 years only goes back to 1994.

Secondly, I did not include playoff games, because IMO, rivalries are not created due to a chance that you might get to play them in the playoffs. It's something unknown until the end of the season.

So in all actuallity, it's only been 5 games (41%) in the last 12 years. (I missed one somewhere).

On the other hand in those same 12 years, we've played the Giants 8 times (67%) & the Buccaneers 18 times (150%).

So how does a team that we played laess than half of those years become a bigger rivalry than 1 we played almost everyone of those years or one we played 2 times a year for 8 of them plus 2 of 4 since?

It really was. It's a shame that Tampa Bay had to leave our division.
Tampa Bay never belonged in our conference. Not in the NFC Central & certainly not in the NFC North.
Oh, I agree. Just like the Rams no longer belong in the West and Dallas doesn't belong in the East. I just think they were a fun team to watch the Vikings play.

Outside the division I hate the entire NFC East (esp the Giants), Seattle, and the Ravens. I also hate the Rams and any team that Kurt Warner plays for.
