One less place for the Vikes to move to...

The idea of an NFL stadium in Pasadena was rejected. Yay! That's one less place for the Vikes to move to. The only two places left are the omnipresent Los Angeles, and as Yahoo! put it, "A parking lot in Anaheim". I know Ziggy said he wouldn't move the team, and I hope he doesn't, but it never hurts if there's no where to move to!

Right on but i really dont think that the vikes will ever move minnesota wouldnt let them go

I would hope not. The only thing is, the lawmakers would let them go, because they're bastards. The community would be quite angry, there's no doubt about that. They love their Vikes...but I think if worst came to worst the lawmakers would pull the plug on a new stadium for them. I don't live there, so I don't know the whole story, but that's the vibe I get. Can anyone refute/support me?

The only place the Vikings are going to move to within the next couple of years is to a new stadium in the 'Burbs.

As long as the Vikes keep selling out home games, I can't see the NFL letting them move. It's all about the bottom line. I think the whole talk about moving the team is just to scare people into spending a lot of their tax dollars on something the owners could afford.

to me it dosnt make any sense at all. The vikings sell out every home game, am I right? They own one of the biggest rivaleries in sports history. Why would they choose this team, outta a possible 32 to move to another state? makes no sense to me. So there fore I never forsee the vikings moving unless we went down the tubes really fast **coughs-bucs-coughs**
