Ochocinco fined $20,000 for $1 'bribe'
Really, NFL?
I will bite my tongue, as my thoughts aren't very flattering.
Thank God for Chad "Esteban" Ochocinco.
Bringin' the fun back.

I knew it would happen the moment I saw it, but this is getting rediculous
He did to get a reaction .. and guess what he got a reaction. Not as if he didn't think the league was going to ignore it.
What can I say, I personaly would have laughed at the joke.
But Ocho, you should know better, your in the NFL
" No Fun League"
::)
And $20 G for that?
thats way out of line.
I'll have to side with Ocho on this one.....
Not suprising, but still stupid.
I think it is hilarous.... he's kind of an idiot but I like that he tries to have fun and genuinely appears to enjoy playing NFL football.
No matter how obvious a joke it was, a sports league's entire integrity is based on the impartiality of its refs. The NFL had to come down hard on this joke. Any of the other leagues would have done the same.

Good point Josdin, I didn't think of it that way.Quote:

Because destroying the tapes from the 'Patriot-gate' scandal instead of releasing them didn't do a number on the league's integrity..
::)
Chad ruining the league's integrity?
No.
Jonny Jolly?
Yes.
Even the Williams Wall fighting their suspensions?
Yes (the people that don't take the time to do any sort of research on this issue view them as cheaters, no matter the circumstances).
Buress?
Stallworth?
Even T.O.?
Those guys are doing waaaay more damage to the league's precious integrity than Chad ever has.
