Just heard my Editor at the Milw. Journal Sentinel Sports Department state that -if I'm correct- one of our reporters covering the game, said that Packer players were FORCED to to take cold showers because the hot water mysteriously got turned off. :study:
It appears that just maybe, Lovie Smith, or "Papa Bear" as a co-worker (bears' fan) calls him, had something to do with. It was said that, the cutting off of the hot water probably would have been okay IF the Bears had lost to the Packers, but they WON. Why such negative/childdish acts?

Wakeup call? A cold shower, after playing out in the freakin' cold weather, a wakeup call? Yeah right! More like a "performance sleeper" if you know what I mean, kiddo. Besides, guys can get sick like that (catch pneumonia (sp), the flu, or something)

Bears better enjoy this once-every-blue-moon-season-of-success-ending-the-packers-eleven-straight-wins-against-them-at-home opportunity. One good turn deserves another. The Bears still have to play at Lambeau & I assume there are shower facilities there, if your getting my drift. :wink:

Perhaps something could go wrong with the toilet plumbing as well!
