Seems like he would be a good fit for Frazier's new defensive plans.
I just hope that he is meant as a 3rd CB rather then a starter, I really want to see what Griffin can do with a starting gig.
He looked pretty good last year.

Adam Shefter said Harper is talking to a few teams, one of them is the Vikings. Nobody has mentioned here yet, so maybe I'm wrong?

this would be a good pick up due to the fact that we did had horrible pass D last year. but i think most of that was a lack of pass rush. so this would be good but a upgrade at DE would be a better option imho

Maybe it's just the tight lips policy that makes us not hear anything until someone is spotted in the airport.

Thanks to PPE for the sig.

    Re: The Nick Harper Thread

Personally I think DB is the LAST position we need to be concerned with.

Last season this team faced injury problems, and that is a huge reason the pass defense sucked so bad. A lack of depth adds to sucking.

A list of positions that need some help include:

QB, WR, TE, DE, MLB, RG, RT.

I'd really like to see those gaps filled before we start talking about wasting money on another CB.
