Napoleon Harris is overpaid, huh?
Desperate times call for desperate measures. So yeah, he may be overpaid, but given the alternatives when EJ went down I'd say he was totally worth it.

bout time someone else calls out Roy Williams on his lowsy coverage ability, definatly one of the most overated players in the NFL

This shows you how money can go to people's heads. Some of those guys looked great when they signed their contracts and now they're tanking.
I wonder how many of the Underpaid will be on the overpaid list in a few years...

If they are just looking at base salary AD would surely make the list of underpaid.
But he keeps getting incentive $$$.
