News flash for you Roger. QB's, kickers, punters & WR's have been faking injuries & hits to draw flags since as long as I can remember. That, IMO, can be worse than just trying to stop the clock.
Favre thrived on bogus roughing the passer calls.
You haven't done jack shit to fix that problem or even acknowledged that the problem exists.
As much as I hate to see what the Giants pulled, you can't start imposing fines & suspensions for certain positions on a team & exclude the other shit that goes on.
