Robinson has shown nothing except that he knows how to fall off the wagon.
I suspect that he pulled the wool over Goodell's eyes, just like he did with the people of Minnesota.

He might not even make it to the next GB/Minny game.

Kind of like the league when they took no disciplinary action or imposed no fines against Favre when he admitted he was addicted to Vicodin.

Packers Get Roster Exemption for Robinson
Posted Oct 19th 2007 11:35AM
by Larry Brown

...The Green Bay Packers have been granted a roster exemption for wide receiver Koren Robinson until Oct. 30, General Manager Ted Thompson said Thursday.
...
The exemption means Robinson won't count against the Packers' 53-man roster as long as he remains inactive. If the Packers choose to activate Robinson for their next game on Oct. 29 at Denver, the team would have to cut another player...

I understand the battle of fighting the addiction, I just don't understand how Koren had his car there. He had his license suspended, it was part of his probation.
Was he ignoring this and driving sober, with his car a training camp?
5 days after his arrest he was cited again for driving without a license. I just get the feeling the league is overlooking some of his charges by suspending him for a minimum of one year for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy.

Re: NFL Reinstates Koren Robinson

Look at the stories -- "Robinson Ready To Rip"...Positive stuff about how great he is and how he's overcome his problem and how he'll be such an asset to the GBP.
Now, compare those stories to when he came to Minnesota. Those stories kept talking about him
being a bad risk, what a problem he had in Seattle, etc.
The point of this post is - go to Green Bay and get POSITIVE national and local press coverage simply because you are a Packer. Go to Minnesota and be a Viking and get negative national and local press coverage. It never seems to change.
