    Nfl Europe

The defending champion Amsterdam Admirals are the first team to clinch a place in Yello Strom World Bowl XIV after holding on to beat the Frankfurt Galaxy 17-12. The Galaxy still has the edge in the battle for the second berth in the final following the Rhein Fire's 13-10 defeat at the Hamburg Sea Devils. In Week Nine's other contest the Cologne Centurions were convincing 25-7 winners at home to the Berlin Thunder.
