It includes bans on:

- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal.

- Drunkenness and signs of alcohol impairment that result in irresponsible behavior.

- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.

- Interference with the progress of the game, including throwing objects onto the field.

- Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel.

- Verbal or physical harassment of fans from the opposing team.

I can't go to games anymore.

Just like the standing policy in KC, this is intended to be for extreme violations.
Not the normal fan experience.

Yeah this doesn't seem so bad, at least it is common sense. The Vikings fan code of conduct I got says that I can lose my tickets for being under the influence of"drugs or alcohol", I haven't been to a game yet where I wasn't under the influence of one or the other. Worst abuse of power since the patriot act. ;D

What is obscene about mooning a Packers fan? Hell, they would certainly be looking at something more attractive than most of their wives no matter who did the mooning. Then again it could put thoughts of infidelity into their heads so maybe it isn't such a good idea.
