    Hey! Lay off the NFL....
    haven't you heard there's a recession.
The NFL recently had to lay some people off.
By giving out all these fines they are saving jobs.
Or is Goodell going to lose a bonus??

So is Goodell playing Robin Hood, robbing from the rich and giving to the poor?

Or is he a communist trying to create equality?
because i'm sure the nfl doesn't make enough money on its own.. ???
    They don't... they are hurting

Need proof that the NFL hates the Vikings? We have two player on the top 10 list.

    8. E.J. Henderson fined $5,000 for illegal use of hands (Isaac Barrow)

Sean says: These things just keep getting more and more idiotic as we go down the list. I have a theory, the tough economic times have impacted the NFL a lot more then they want us to know so they take money away from the overpaid players to make up their losses.

    Anybody with me on that?
    2. Jared Allen fined $50,000 for hits on Matt Schaub (James Williamson)

Sean says: This is No. 4, minus the league admitting it's mistake. Should we just take defensive ends out of the game completely? That would mean the quarterback would rarely get hit. Wait, but then the league wouldn't be able to keep sapping money out of its players unfairly. Who's next, the nose tackle?
PS: Anyone knows what E.J. Henderson did that was considered "illegal use of hands" ?
McKinnie had one in the first Bears game. Was he fined? Griffin also had one in the Tampa game. I don't even see when EJ got this penalty. Was this preseason?

5000 for throwing a ball into the stands?! That's crazy, a ball isn't even worth that much.

If the NFL would let players throw balls into the stands, then the NFL would have to purchase more balls. Wilson would have to crank up the production and thereby create more jobs.

Btw how can Jared Allen get fined 10000 or so for using the ball as a prop, when Benny Sapp gets fined 7500 for throwing a PUNCH! Something is clearly askew

    Notable

Most definitely. Where you're actually allowed to tackle quarterbacks. We need to get back to good-old fashioned tackle-football without all these restrictions. Oh yeah bring back the celebrations!
