Re: Move over, AP, make room for Chris Johnson
CJ looks really good.
As far as the "who's the best?" debate, I think there is so much more to look at than rushing yards.
This is similar to the AP-CT debate.
We obviously have a different offense this year.
Adrian is not being asked to carry this team, as he was the last two years.
He is getting more involved in the passing game.
I haven't been able the titan's games.
I only saw the first half last night.
I dont' recall CJ catching any passes-correct me if I'm wrong.
(As I tend to be...) Adrian is evolving as a running back.
More involved in the passing game, blocking more efficiently, used as a decoy.
I personally think he has lost a step since he gained the weight.
Seems like more defenses are catching him from behind.
(Blasphemy, I know..) The odds of him holding the rushing title every year are slim, although I still think he can do it, I don't think he has had his best game yet this year.
( He's saving that for the SB
;D) ) Hell, he was on the sidelines almost the whole 4th quarter against the Seahawks and I won't be surprised if that happens a few more times this year.
CJ can have the most yards this season.
I will concede that I have purple shades on, but I'll still take AP.
