This much is an absolute - they will be more fun to watch than the Vikings, even if the Vikings win 10 games and Detroit only wins 4 or 5.

I beg to differ, Zeus...not if AD is as good as advertised.

If the Rams are the Greatest Show On Turf 2, then it doesn't matter how many grind-it-out-games the Vikings win with their 2-pronged rushing attack, it still won't be as much fun as the sling it around style.
Dat's why people pine so much for 1998 around here.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

That's because alot of people are bandwagonners FROM 1998, Zeus...not a bad thing, but it's just that they're USED to the air attack.

However, I dare you to find any Vikings fan that didn't go nuts during Chester Taylor's 90+ yard TD run against the Seahawks last year.
Well, if AD can deliver, we'll be seeing ALOT more TD runs this year, due to a ground attack that could be just as electric as the passing Offense in '98.

It is so much fun to speculate when the first game is months away still.
Fact of the matter, no one knows how good anyone will be.

My honest opinion, the Bears end up being the best team in the North.
Vikings and Lions will be most improved, and Packers are a guess.
Brett Favre used to be able to carry a team, but not anymore.

I like where we are, we may not make the playoffs, but we will be better.

    I can't wait for fall......

They've won 1 playoff game since 1957, what makes you think that anything has changed?

They couldn't win anything with Barry Sanders, what's Calvin Johnson going to do?

I think CJ is gonna help kitna.. look what CC and Moss did for qb's here in Mn.. ok they were bttr then kitna.. but..

we had many games 35 -33 or 38-35.. a dynamic O and a limp D a SB team does not make..

cause of their D.. i'd say they actually win 5 mayb 6..
