    Sure it is.

    The NFL won't do anything except maybe a small fine or just keep a closer eye on him. They shouldn't care as long as he keeps in line and passes all required tests.

    Since a typical Raiders fan is stoned 24-7, Moss just made friends with about 80% of them. Plus, he's furthering his bad-@ss thug image, which is what the Raiders try to project.
