Re: Monday Night Football moving to ESPN

Hi guys i'm an italian viking fan; i've never written (it's right ?) in forum before, but i hope in future will be an internet pay-per-view for any single match by NFL or by any single team.

Last year i saw ONLY 6 match with the Viks (including PO) but i would like to see all of them.

In Italy we can see only 2 matches every week chosen by sky-tv between all the matches.

I'm pretty sure that the telecasts will be very similar on ESPN as they were on ABC, considering that both are owned by Disney. Right?

Madden may still do the monday night games when they appear on ESPN.. he'll be broadcasting somewhere if not there. I don't know what would happen with Michaels on the other hand.

how are the people who dont have cable spossed to watch the monday night games? they are better then the sunday night games anyday. this must be a ploy by the cable companys to get everone to buy cable. i'm glad it isn't this year that would really suck!!!! i think everone would stop watching football if the games started going to paper view that woud be the worst move that football could ever make!!!
Lets be honest. Who in this day and age does not have cable? I bet you do!

It is not pay-per-view either. That would mean you would pay for each game. (paper view  ) If you don't have cable, you might have to read about it in the paper.
no i dont have cable but my friend does and that is where we watch the monday night eagles games anyway. i glad it isn't this year though seeing as i'm away from home and dont have cable!!!!
