MLBs: A Dying Breed?
Interesting point of view, and the dollars for top 5 is One indicator, and somewhat surprising.
But I think he missed a few points...
I wonder what the total salaries might compare at.
With all the 3-4s, isn't there more MLBs?
More importantly, hasn't almost every single rule change of the past ten years benefited the offense and/or scoring?
Small wonder to me why more teams pass more these days.
And, Obviously, he missed EJ's performance in the season+ leading up to his injury.
True, there is talent around him, but that guy was flying off the roaps like Jimmy, "SupaFly" Snuka!!
IMHO Leaping linemen is, "flashy," and 17 tackles the game before the injury?
That is dominant.
;D

Neither dominant nor flashy, Henderson is efficient and had been touted as a potential Pro Bowler before dislocating toes and being put on Injured Reserve in 2008. He has to prove himself healthy, but being surrounded by a very talented defense makes it a lot easier.

Re: MLBs: A Dying Breed?
EJ is a stud and I expect him to have another big year. He is a very underrated LB and hopefully will get his due this season with a pro bowl berth!

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

Re: MLBs: A Dying Breed?
So far so good on EJ's injury, right?
Anybody seen him in action at any of the OTAs?
It may seem like we didn't miss him much given we ended up first vs. the rush again, but IMHO this guy brings another level of intensity to the field that is difficult to replace.
94 SOLO Tackles!?!??
That is pretty freakin impressive!!!Control the line, control the time, and give your D a chance to shine!!

Re: MLBs: A Dying Breed?
The title of that article is retarded.
What's next?
QBs a dying breed?
I guess that may be true for the Vikings if they finally say fuck it and just hike the ball to AD, CT, JK, or someone else in the arsenal.Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please. Mark Twain
