Adam "Pacman" Jones offered a three-hour mea culpa yesterday while talking to someone who knows what it's like to be an NFL outcast....

    3 hours?!?!

    Ouch!

Personally, I don't think there is intelligent life on other planets. Why should other planets be any different from this one?

It is a sad day when Micheal Irvin has a forum in which to lend to someone.. I have to say sometimes Sports in America just flat out amazes me.. but then again, it seems we let all kinds of types like Cowherd and Stevie A Smith on the radio as well.. good thing the political arena is a no no.. that is full of them.

I actually think it's pretty cool of Irvin to give the guy some advice.
We all make mistakes in life, and it's not about the mistake itself but what you do to fix the mistake or avoid it in the future.
Now with that said they both have made multiple mistakes but I truly think Irvin has pulled his head out of his ass and means well.
Because of that I have respect for the man.
Pacman, has a long, long, long ways to go before I would say that about him.
Hopefully this is just one more step in the right direction for Pacman to finally get his head out of ihis ass.

Now that's just silly, didn't you get the memo that you're supposed to kick a guy while he's down until which time that he can no longer stand on his own, and then you make jokes about the fact of what a screw up he was and kick him some more.
