Let's hear it, Meathead is a great coach...we should have kept him.
Del Rio liked him enough to keep him around and 'promote' him from assistant head coach/offense to the TE coach.

The Florida Times-Union reports that former Vikings coach Mike Tice will coach the Jaguars’ tight ends in 2007. Tice had the title of assistant head coach/offense with Jacksonville this past season. Alfredo Roberts coached the Jags’ tight ends for the past four seasons but left this week to join the Cleveland Browns staff.
