Shades of culpepper really.. 37 year old backup fills in for the star injured quarterback in his prime and goes 6-1. I would take McNabb in a heartbeat though.

When I saw the title of the story on ESPN, I thought 'huh, sounds like Culpepper'.
After reading the article, I thought 'wow, this is just like Culpepper'

soo.....what the heck is mcnabb's problem? reid and co. has already said they'd stick with him once he returns.
Because I'm a Vikings fan, they are that much sexier.

I don't think this is like Culpepper.

Culpepper wanted more money and was unwilling to be a team player.

If you didn't get there first bloodyhorns, I was right on that. I will gladly take McNabb. In fact, I'll gladly take 2/3'rds of the qb's out there.

I would hop on the Donovan McNabb bandwagon instantly.. TJ is a very gifted player, but he is very young, and still learning the offense.. McNabb has managed this exact offense since coming into the league..

IMO, he would be a huge upgrade from what we currently have.. If we can get a Moss or Porter type of WR in a trade, then I wouldn't be opposed to giving up a mediocre player, and the #7 pick in the draft for McNabb.. That of course is assuming that his knee is a go come regular season..

Mcnabb should not worry, he will be the QB in Philly for as long as he likes.
