McCown the next Favre?
Denny Green thinks Josh McCown reminds him of Favre! He may be losing his touch. What do you guys think?

McCown the next Favre?
Maybe the crappy way he plays early on his career is reminiscent of Farve.

I m like a Ja Rule poster, cause I'm off the wall.

McCown the next Favre?
Too early to tell, he hasn't started enough games. But he did look good the games he did start. The biggest problem I saw with McCown is he doesn't give his receivers enough time to get open, he always took off under pressure. Part of it was his crappy line but if he's working with deep threats like Boldin and Fitzgerald (well not Boldin this year) he needs to learn to avoid pressure without just taking off running. Favre is good at that as are Brady and Manning. It just comes with experience and thats what McCown lacks right now.

McCown
Well, he certainly played like Favre last year against us, lest anyone forget...
Anyway, another guy that impressed me (granted it was against 2nd string) was Matt Schaub, the Falcons' backup for Vick. Did anyone see his numbers? 16-19, for crying out loud! Doesn't that scare anyone else? I think McCown has the potential to be better than what's-his-name, their QB before McCown... of yeah, Jake Plummer... Anyway, that's my take.PPO Ambassador, Defender of the Purple Faith and Guardian of the Gates of Valhalla

The guy has an arm and showed a lot of poise for a rookie, granted our 2nd and 3rd string D took the night off, but he is a talented kid. What we've got here is failure to communicate.
