Me too, he was amazing at the U of M (from the couple of games I saw, anyway) and if Maroney was gone, then I think he would've been the Heisman winner or at least in the top five.

I think that it will be Laurence Maroney this year. They should use him as their main back, and I honestly think he could go for 1600+ yards, Heisman winner.

Then after that, it will be the Pinnix generation

It isn't his fault he got drafted to such a crappy team. I was hoping that we would pick him up, but Fason works just as well.

Maroney is rated as the #12 best college player this year by ESPN. I think our center is the 16#, so it'll be cool to see some gophers on the first day of the draft next year.

Maroney is gonna do some things this year!! I can't wait to see him as the featured back. Who is our center this year? I thought our really good center last year was a senior, but I guess not huh!!?
