Thread: Marcus Wlaker

Sorry to be lost on this but can anyone tell me who Marcus Walker is I can not find anything about him. I may just be a dumb a$$ but I dont remember his name.

Walker is a practice squad player, he was college teamates and roomates with current RB Adrian Peterson. He went udrafted and we picked him up I thought he looked like he had a future, good lower body strength and physical.

He looked terrible in preseason and Sumrall should have made the practice squad instead.

I don't know what games you where watching, while Sumrall had some decent plays he also made very crtitical mistakes on specail teams in the final preseason game. Cut.

I was impressed with both CB's at times, I think the important thing here is that the Coaching staff makes this decision, there is so much we don't see.

Thanks I saw he was a PS player thats what got me asking. Guess I didnt pay that much attention to preseason.

We only had two preseason games at Home. I have all four games on Tivo. Walker never made any INT's or such but I thought he was a physical player that showed promise, he had a few batted passess and contributed on specail teams. A good tackler and its obvious the Coaches saw enough to add him to the practice squad.

I was also at the Baltimore game. From what I remember Walker did not even play in the last game.
