    Re:Manning could easily command $25M a year

Thanks for the read my friend. One thing I thought they would go deeper into, but only touched on it at the end....

One consideration Manning may have to make is that if the NFL returns to a cap system after the 2010 season, his contract may interfere with the teams ability to sign other players. That said, Manning could always renegotiate the deal as necessary.
When I think of Peyton, I think of the consumate professional athlete. I like to think that he would get what he thought was fair market value all the while ensuring he didn't break the bank when it came to keeping good players around him.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

Peyton Manning needs to let himself become a free agent and Zygi needs to lay down $30 million a year for him. Simple as that.

Anyone can command $25M a year, it's just more difficult for some to get the employer to follow the commandment.

Demand and command are two different things, but you're alright.

    I'm nodding my head.

My preference is to use nothing higher than the 3rd or 4th definition of a word. This helps keep fanatics' minds fine-tuned so they can at least have the potential of comprehending the intricacies of the KAO when the regular season rolls around.
