Madden Curse Strikes again?
Polamalu out for rest of Thursday night
The Steelers blocked a Titans field late in the first half Thursday night, but they might happily trade the three points if they could get back the services of safety Troy Polamalu, who hurt his knee on the play.
Polamalu will miss the rest of the game with a knee injury.
Rut Roh.
You never want to play doctor when watching on television, but the injury did not look pretty.

Larry better watch his ass on Sunday.

Polamalu suffers MCL sprain

In the aftermath of the Steelers 13-10 overtime win over Tennessee to open the NFL season, the question that needed answering was how long would Troy Polamalu be lost.
Thankfully for Steelers fans - and, let's be honest, football fans as a whole - it appears Polamalu will be back this season. Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said in his postgame press conference that Polamalu suffered an MCL sprain in his left knee when he was rolled into by Tennessee's Alge Crumpler.
Tomlin said team doctors were still "reading the scans." He added that MCL injuries "have a range of three to six (weeks) but that's speculation at this point."
Re: Madden Curse Strikes again?
I don't think we know enough yet.
I don't wish anything bad upon Polamalu personally, but I certainly wouldn't mind the Steelers losing 15 consecutively to close out the season.

+1.
But, I would rather the steelers than the New Fakeland Cheatriots.
