Nike at first wanted to use New England as the defense LaDainian Tomlinson carved up in his commercial that debuted last month.

Tomlinson told them, Ã¢â‚¬Å“No. Don't use New England or anyone like that.Ã¢â‚¬Â

San Diego.... Super Chargers.... Beat the Bears c'mon. Give them something to cry about. That and a Vikings win over Atlanta would be sweet.

No, once the NFL agrees to let the commercial use licensed gear (i.e Uniforms, helmets, etc.) then they can use any that they want. The Bears would have to agree had they used Urlacher himself (or any other ACTUAL player), but since it is generic players, then the opposing team would not have to agree, only the NFL agreeing to allow its licensing to be used.

Glad they used the Bears and not the Vikes, I still have a hard time seeing MNF when they bring up that Dallas run by Dorsett every year :P

And if karma is out to get me they sometimes show Freeman's catch in OT just to make me twitch

May be AP can get a shoe add after running allover the Bears too ;D
