Decertifying the Union hurts the players and helps the owners.
Are the Vikings unaware of that?

But that's just pertaining to the lockout.
Who would represent them in everything else? For that matter, who would represent them at the bargaining table?
Maybe they think that since they're all millionaires they can have their individual lawyers represent them when they have a grievance......but they are far stronger as a group.
Management stooges among the players are perpetrating a sly "divide and conquer" action here, I think.

I don't really know enough about this to form an educated opinion.
No, I don't either, but I suspect there would be a clause preventing them from Decertifying and then immediately forming another Union when the dispute was over.
The whole thing stinks.
