Bears are actually gawd awful. They will be lucky to struggle to 7 wins at best.
I wish someone would tell that to the people here. They're acting like Martz is a faith healer that cured Cutler's allergy to TD passes and remaining in the red zone for more than 1 play.

Also, did you know that Brian Urlacher is also one of the best linebackers to ever play in the NFL and his healthy return is sure to guarantee their spot in the Super Bowl (real conversation heard while standing in line today)?
HAHAHAHA!!! After spending 5 years living in IL, I realized quickly how stupid Bear fans are... and that the hatred of that team surpasses my hatred for the Packers.
They are STILL living in 1985. They seem to believe winning the super bowl in '85 makes them a better team than the Vikes today. I will laugh if they are battling the Lions for the cellar this year, and I will thoroughly enjoy it.
Why must you defend everything this FO does....to the point of making your self look like a yes man.

The Bears won 7 games last year. From there on, they've made some dodgy additions like hiring Mike Martz, but overall, they've improved. Why exactly would they struggle to win even less games than last year?

Everyone here seems to be pretty sure that the Bears will totally suck next year, but they really haven't dropped off from last year. They've only gone up.

They have gotten better but we are playing a harder division this season.

Sun 10/10 Carolina Panthers at Carolina = L

    Sun 11/14 Minnesota Vikings Minnesota = L
Thu 11/18 Miami Dolphins at Miami = W
    Sun 11/28 Philadelphia Eagles Philadelphia = L
Sun 12/5 Detroit Lions at Detroit = W

Sun 12/26 New York Jets NY Jets = L
Sun 01/02 Green Bay Packers at Green Bay = L

I guess 5-11 this season. I will throw in 7-9 and say the stay the same. You have two kick returners starting at WR and it will only hurt their offensive number and wear out their defense.

In the offseason, rotten cottage cheese is even worth talking about.

Re:Lions? A threat? This random poster thinks so

I dont think the lions are gonna come outta no where and be number one in the division ever but they could beat the bears for third place. yeah the bears picked up some Defensive help with peppers, but peppers only play when he want to. and we all know Urlacher is gonna pull a pinky toe and be on Ir again, and the D is getting very old. While The lions are slowly getting better yeah they added some veterans but are still very young.

but other than adding taylor who i think will start for the team by mid season there offense is still very terrible. Cutler led the league in INTs last year and was second only behind Farve With a torn arm the year before, and the Bears have done nothing but kill there best Offensive talent which would be hester as a return man. While the lions now have teo decent Runners and still have more then the Bears with Calvin Johnson. Stafford looked decent overall as a rookie and as long as he continues to get better they could win 3rd in the division almost easily.

but we all know the vikes are taking the Division for a third year Straight and Winning it all this year

The point of sharing the post was for comedy and to rag on the bears. I believe this topic has achieved that.
    We're bringing purple back.
