Lions finally snare Martz

I think this is REALLY bad news for us. Martz may have been a questionable head coach but he is an offensive genius. Beyond which he might actually be able to sort out the Lions QB problems.

This does not make me happy.

Yea that's a pretty good move for them.

But I guess we'll at least have the advantage at the end of the halfs! :lol:

As long as he doesn't figure out a way to teach a QB how to use all those #1 picked receivers they have I'm not worried.

I'm not even going to worry about the lions until they prove something. Every offseason they make moves and everyone thinks they will be so scary, but they are chumps. GO ahead, pick up new coaches, receviers etc. Show me you can actually beat us, and then I'll be scared.

The Detroit Lions have announced the team has hired Mike Martz as their offensive coordinator. Martz will also coach the team's quarterbacks. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

That's great news for Detroit. He's an Offensive Guru that WILL improve the pathetic play of an underachieving offense.

Hopefully the LIONS will continue to self-destruct though.
