Good point singer. Remember last year's game when the vikes played detroit in detroit that fan that had the sign that said fire Millen that it took security forever to stop from running around the stadium!! lol Well, I thought it was funny at least.

I get the most pissed off looks from people with my VKG 4 LFE Wisconsin license plate, and I LOVE IT!!

Something HAS to be done in Detroit...although for our sakes I hope that nothing is done. Millen has got to be canned. 6 straight 10 loss seasons is unacceptable.

You know who else I like, browns fans. Their team has been crappy for sometime too, but everytime I see them at sports bars they are loud, proud, and not leaving early.

It's sad, but that may be a way for the fans to actually make their point.
The Lions have still been supported by their fans and you have to respect that.
They keep making money; however, by walking out, the fans are showing they are willing to take their money away if things don't get rectified.

There is a certain amount of honor in putting your money where your mouth is.
Besides, Xmas eve against the Bears would make quite an impact.

I really don't see fans doing that though. Tickets cannot be cheap in that brand new stadium (ok, one year old stadium).

I agree. Why not just boycott the team instead of giving them their money? I guarantee if the franchise were hemorrhaging
money Millen (and probably a good deal of others) would be kicked to the curb faster than you can say "naked drive-thru drive-by."

kind of like the tradition vikings fans have by leaving 8 minutes before the end of every home game.

8 minutes my butt! I've seen them leave at the end of the third quarter on many occassions. Either because the Vikings are losing or they are trying to avoid traffic.

    Wow, that's sad.

Last year, at the end of the Bears vs. Vikings game, after I met you Singer, I then raced out to the Charter bus I took to the game and it was already full! My son and I were the last ones on. I think that some of them left early as well.
