That my arm strength is a negative? I mean, what's the deal? What happened here?" Leinart said. "I'm so tired of the drama. The whole thing has just brought me down."

I don't know what context he was saying this in, if the was heated or a nice tone???

If it was heated, is this the next Ryan Leaf??

I just watched an interview with Leaf, and basically, IMHO, he was afraid to live up to the hype. He felt too much pressure to be the guy.....he didn't want it. That is just my opinion. In the interview, he basicaly said he wasn't (didn't believe) as good as NFL QBs should be. Sounds to me like lack of drive.

We will see how Leinart does, he does have the time to learn and less pressure to be the guy. Warner should make it easier.

It appears Leinart's mom did pay him a visit an slap him around a bit. His whining has temporarily subsided.

Darren Urban, of the East Valley Tribune, reports Arizona Cardinals head coach Dennis Green said rookie QB Matt Leinart has been throwing better as the practices pass, and said he pleasantly impressed with Leinart's mobility. "He is a much better athlete than I think people gave him credit for," Green said.
